Hailing fron Lynchburg, Virginia, Papa Groove is a high energy four piece band that will get the party grooving to the sounds of Motown, Soul, R&B, Funk and classic rock. All members are vocally adapt, singing lead and harmony. Consisting of Guitar, Bass, Keyboards and Drums, the sound is full and sweet.

Lead Guitarist, Billy Worley, provides the musical direction for the band. Billy has been playing in some of the best road bands on the east coast for nearly 3 decades. He is equally proficient on guitar and keyboards. His vocal style is best summed up as old school soul. Also a great song writer, He has recently had one of his songs recorded by a top gospel artist.

Keyboardist, Danny Hale, is a classically trained pianist. He too has played and toured with some of the greatest east coast bands. His vocal style is deep and smooth and he holds down all our sweet ballads.

Drummer, Frank McCarthy is a thrill to watch and hear. Frank"s career started at an early age when at 17 He was hired with the world tour "UP WITH PEOPLE". Touring the globe polished this exciting drummer beyond what most achieve in a life time. His vocals do wonders on the funk and soul music the band plays.

Bassist, Ken Harris is one groovie low ender. With his custom Keith Roscoe 3005 and SWR gear, a thick and heavy groove seals the deal with this band. His vocals are strong and along with the soul, He does most of our classic rock.
